Simply bash all the ingredients into a bowl mix and add the mixed ingredients into ramekins. Then simply sit back and wait for this beautiful keto dessert.
If you can wait once you take it out of the oven for more than 10 minutes I often can’t the custard will start to get firmer. It is a beautiful creamy keto custard and is perfectly severed by its self or with some mixed berries.
Also, I found the 45g Erythritol to be perfect for me. This is the only ingredient I would recommend you play around with. Just to find your sweet spot on the sweetness front.

Keto Egg Custard Recipe
- 4 Ramekins
- 3 Eggs
- 45 g Erythritol
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 480 ml Double cream
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
- Place 4 greased ramekins in a large dish
- Divide mixture between 4 ramekins
- Fill dish with boiling water
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
