Sometimes I just want a simple recipe that allows my little ones to get involved with and these Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies are the perfect candidate.
I like to make the peanut balls in advance and then get the kids involved in adding the chocolate coating. This also saves me from licking the chocolate bowl as I don’t get a look in.
These are super easy keto desserts that are perfect for when that sweet tooth strikes. I enjoy these with an ice-cold glass of milk the perfect combination.
You can use any peanut butter that fits your macros just make sure that it is sugar-free and peanut butter can catch a lot of people out.
