I’m always looking for keto bread recipes as like a lot of people I do miss quick meals I used to make with bread. This keto Yogurt Bread is fast becoming my favorite keto bread recipe.
Bread for me needs a crust with a soft bouncy middle and this recipe is going to give you all that. Often with keto bread, you don’t get any of this but I will say it again this bread gives you all this.
It works perfectly toasted for morning slices of toast smothered in butter. I have tried this without the yogurt and it just didn’t work and there was little bounce.
This keeps perfectly well in a bread bin for around a week (if it lasts that long) it also freezes very well. If you do freeze it slice it up and place parchment between the slices before freezing.
