When you look online you may find it hard pushed to find some keto main meals my site is a little guilty of also. However, I hope to change that starting with this Keto Sheet Pan Tandoori Chicken And Vegetables.
We are all busy and standing at the cooker for hours is not always possible and this keto sheet pan is perfect for when time is running short.
While the Tandoori Chicken can add a little time by adding the herbs and spices and allowing it to marinate. I normally do it the night before I plan on making the recipe.
I have in the past sometimes skip this step and just used plain chicken and this recipe works all the same. I would drizzle over some keto hot sauce to add a little taste once everything is cooked.

Tandoori Chicken Ingredients
- 650g Chicken
- 60G Yogurt
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 1/2 tsp Cumin ground
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp of crushed Garlic
Keto Vegetables Ingredients
- 200g broccoli
- 220g cauliflower
- 74g red bell pepper
- 200g Brussels sprouts
- 140g tomatoes
- 60g red onion
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
How to Make Keto Sheet Pan Tandoori Chicken And Vegetables
How to Make Keto Tandoori Chicken
- In a bowl add Yogurt and all spices, salt, garlic, and lemon juice and mix to combine
- Add chicken and mix until chicken is well coated
- Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
How to Make Keto Vegetables
- In a large bowl add all the vegetable
- Add salt and pepper and pour over olive oil and mix till vegetables are well coated
- Add the Vegetables to a sheet pan along with the marinated chicken
- Cook in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes turning everything halfway
