If you have read my blog before you may have read that I have a weakness for peanut butter. With this, I am always looking or coming up with keto dessert recipes that include peanut butter and these keto peanut butter cookies were a big hit with me.
I love cooking and baking but at times I want something that is quick and easy and this recipe is just that with just 3 ingredients.
I try my recipes on no keto family members to get their take on them and it’s fair to say these were a big hit in my house.
You can adapt these cookies really easily by adding chocolate chips or dipping them in chocolate to give a nice chocolate coating.

Keto Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients
- 250g Peanut butter
- 90g Erythritol
- 1 egg
- (Optional) 1/2 Tsp Salt
- (Optional) 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
How to Make Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
- To a bowl add Peanut butter, Erythritol, Egg, Salt, and Vanilla extract
- Mix in the bowl till well combined
- Make 24 dough balls and add them to a lined baking sheet
- Flatten with your hand or a fork to desired thickness
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C
