My weak point is peanut butter I can eat it straight out of the pot with a spoon. I know but I just love it and when I saw this Keto Peanut Butter Bread Recipe. My initial thought was I have to try it.
I was not disappointed and I could not wait for it to fully cool. The beauty of this keto recipe was it tasted great and it was super simple to make.
I love to have this smothered in a little extra plain butter but if you want to take it to an all-new level then toast it and it’s divine.

Keto Peanut Butter Bread Ingredients
- 250g Crunchy peanut butter
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tsp Erythritol
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tsp White wine vinegar
How to Make Keto Peanut Butter Bread
- To a bowl add crunchy peanut butter, eggs, erythritol, White wine vinegar, baking powder, salt and whisk till well combined
- Add the mixture to a well-greased loaf tin and flatten
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C
- Allow cooling before cutting
