No-Bake Cheesecake Crust

100g Almond flour
20g Erythritol
50g Melted Butter
Salt

No-Bake Cheesecake Filling

385g Cream Cheese
100ml Whipping Cream
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
45g Erythritol

How to Make Keto No-Bake Cheesecake

No-Bake Cheesecake Crust

  1. In a bowl add the Almond flour, Erythritol, Melted Butter, and pinch of salt, and mix till lose crumb forms
  2. Add the base mix to a greased Springform round tin
  3. Flatten the base out with a flat bottom glass
  4. Refrigerate while making the filling

No-Bake Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl add the Cream Cheese, Whipping Cream, Lemon juice, Erythritol
  2. Whisk till soft peaks form but don’t over whisk
  3. Add the filling to the base
  4. Flatten out the filling
  5. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving
