Is there anything better than sitting around a campfire with a mug cup of coco? Well, you may have been missing out when you went on keto. This Keto Hot Chocolate Recipe allows you these joys once again.
I adapted this recipe to make it more special by adding a little Sugar-free chocolate. It makes it more creamy and that little more joyful. You can skip this but I really recommend adding it as it does add to the recipe.
Finish off this Keto Hot Chocolate with a little squirty whipping cream and a dusting of cocoa to make this a perfect keto comfort food.

Keto Hot Chocolate Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 1/2 Tsp Erythritol
- 300 Ml Water
- 60 Ml Double cream
- (optional) 25g Sugar-free chocolate
How to Make Keto Hot Chocolate
- Add Cocoa Powder and Erythritol to the pan and add a little water to make a smooth paste.
- Whisk in the rest of the water
- Bring up the heat but do not boil
- Add the double cream and whisk until hot again don’t boil
- Add chocolate and stir until chocolate has melted
- Pour into two glasses and top with whipping cream and cocoa
