When you are following a keto lifestyle cake doesn’t normally come hand in hand. However, this Keto Greek Yogurt Almond Cake Recipe is different and I’m sure one that you will find delightful.
Yogurt in a cake my thought was that it could not work and I’m not ashamed to say I was completely wrong. Keto desserts can easily become dry if you are not careful.
The yogurt in the cake makes this cake moist and light and fluffy. As always I try my recipes on my non-keto family members and it was a resounding hit. Some in my house didn’t believe it was actually keto it was “that good” according to them.
This now has become a house favorite and goes perfect with an afternoon cup of tea.
