They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When you wake up in the morning and you are in a rush it’s often a skipped meal. That no longer has to be the case with these Keto Granola Bars.
I love these Keto Granola Bars and have found this to be the perfect mix of nuts. However, don’t be afraid to change the nuts to whatever you have at home.
I have seen many different combinations and you really can change them to what you want. If there is a nut you don’t like simply change it out. These have become the perfect keto breakfast for me what combination of nut will your bars be?

Keto Granola Bars Ingredients
- 100g Almonds
- 75g Pecans
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 75g Walnuts
- 30g ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 egg white whisked
- 2 tbsp Erythritol
- ⅓ chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to Make Keto Granola Bars
- In a blender add Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and blitz
- Add blitz mix to a bowl and then add ground flaxseed, Erythritol, chopped dark chocolate and mix
- Once mixed add the egg white and vanilla extract, almond butter and mix till well combined
- Add to a lined tin and press down really firmly
- Add some leftover chopped dark chocolate to the top
- Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
- Cut while warm and then allow to cool in the tin
