When you are looking for comfort food many will jump at something covered in chocolate, not me. Well, not always me. I would much prefer a Keto Creme Brulee they are so simple to make and they make the perfect keto dessert.
Many told me that you couldn’t do a Keto Creme Brulee because you need sugar to get that lovely crisp top. I discovered that was just not true and we don’t need to miss out on this delight.

Keto Creme Brulee Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 45g Erythritol
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 480 ml Double Cream
How to Make Keto Creme Brulee
- In a bowl add eggs and erythritol and mix
- Add vanilla extract and double cream and mix to combine
- Then add the mix to a jug for easy pouring into ramekins
- Add four greased ramekins to a large dish
- Pour custard mix into ramekins
- Add boiling water to the dish
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C
- Let cool and add powdered erythritol to top of baked custard
- Use a blowtorch to caramelize the top. (If you don’t have a blowtorch use a grill/broiler)
