they say the most important meal of the day is breakfast and me and my family often had pancakes however that changed for me when I started keto.
I have never been able to find a recipe I like until now that I feel I can join my family pancake eating. But now I have a keto breakfast and no longer feel that I am missing out.
I love these smoothed in keto maple syrup or lashings of butter to really kick-start the day. However, I’m not averse to having some berries over the top. How do you eat your pancakes?

Keto Coconut Flour Pancakes Ingredients
2 Eggs
85g Cream Cheese
1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
How to Make Keto Coconut Flour Pancakes
- In a bowl add the Eggs, Cream Cheese, Coconut Flour and mix till everything is well combined
- Spoon 1/4 of the mixture onto a preheated pan
- Cook for 2 minutes on low heat before flipping
- Now cook the other side for 2 minutes

Easy Keto Coconut Flour Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 85 g Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
Instructions
- In a bowl add the Eggs, Cream Cheese, Coconut Flour and mix till everything is well combined
- Spoon 1/4 of the mixture onto a pre headed pan
- Cook for 2 minutes on low heat before flipping
- Now cook the other side for 2 minutes
