Most keto dessert recipes will use almond flour and many will complain myself included at times. Keto Coconut Flour Brownies Recipe changes all our complaining.

To be a brownie it needs to be soft gooey bars of chocolaty goodness for me. While many will miss the mark this recipe hits every point to be the perfect brownie.

I love these with a cold glass of milk but due to how good these are I do freeze these and get them out as a treat otherwise I would eat the lot.

This is a keto recipe that when field-tested on friends and family members there was totally disbelief theses were keto. I think that is a resounding vote that these are delightful.

Keto Coconut Flour Brownies Ingredents

  • 14g Coconut Flour
  • 35g Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 60g Keto Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 85g Erythritol
  • 180g Peanut Butter
  • 170g Chocolate Chips

How to Make Keto Coconut Flour Brownies

  1. Add the Coconut Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Salt and mix to combine and set aside
  2. In a big bowl add Eggs, Keto Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract, Erythritol, Peanut Butter and mix to combine
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet
  4. Mix to combine both the wet and dry ingredients
  5. Once combined add the Chocolate Chips and mix to combine
  6. Add to lined baking pan and flatten batter mix in the pan
  7. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes

Ingredients
