Despite the fact I already have many keto bread recipes I love and enjoy every day. I always have to try a new recipe I find and adapt it till I think it is perfect. Keto Coconut Flour Bread Recipe is one of the recipes I have tried to perfect.
While I do have other bread recipes I like sometimes almond flour gets a little too much or I simply run out. While coconut flour has a strong taste the combination of ingredients gives this a very neutral taste.
With its neutral taste, this makes it a perfect keto bread for sandwiches and for when you want something to dip into a bowl of soup.

Keto Coconut Flour Bread Ingredients
- 70g Melted coconut oil
- 5 Eggs
- 45g coconut flour
- 1/5 tsp sea salt
- 1/5 tsp baking powder
How to Make Keto Coconut Flour Bread
- Warm your oven to 175°C
- whisk together the eggs, and coconut oil
- Add the dry ingredients, and stir until combined.
- Add to the loaf tin and flatten
- Bake on the middle rack for 40-50 minutes at 175°C
- Cool for 20 minutes before cutting

- 1 17cm/6.5in x 10cm/4in x 6cm/2.5in Non-Stick 1lb loaf pan
