With only 4 ingredients these Keto Coconut Flour Biscuits are such easy biscuits to make and are super versatile.
Often I will have a Keto Bread Roll as a side dipped in my soup. However, I am always looking for different things and these biscuits are another option. While I love to dip them in a bowl of soup they are great smothered in keto jam.
I love how versatile these are and that they can be paired with many different foods. You can leave out the cheese but I now always add it. I have found even with the cheese you can add a sweet or savory topping.

Keto Coconut Flour Biscuits Ingredients
47g Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
54g Melted Coconut Oil
4 Eggs
30g Grated Cheese (optional)
How to Make Keto Coconut Flour Biscuits
- In a bowl add the Coconut Flour, Baking Powder and mix and set aside
- In a larger bowl add the Eggs, Melted Coconut Oil and combine
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet including the Grated Cheese and mix till dough forms
- Make 6 balls and place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly
- Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C
