Are you a peanut butter fan and love chocolate? Who isn’t? Well, these Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are a dream and you won’t believe these are keto.

I’m a sucker for a keto dessert but these are an all-new lever of goodness. I love a keto Keto Brownie but these are my new favorite.

With a base layer of biscuit smothered in peanut butter and topped with keto chocolate just pure joy. Not only do they taste great they are super easy to make.

These are a no-bake keto dessert that is all made without the need for an oven. When I first made these the family did not believe they were keto.

No Bake Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

No-Bake Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars Ingredients

While seeing three different layers and many ingredients these really are easy to make

Peanut Butter Bars Base

150g Almond Flour
30g Erythritol
70g Melted Butter

Peanut Butter Bars Layer

190g Peanut Butter
45g Melted Butter
20g Erythritol
1/2 tsp Salt

Keto Peanut Butter Bars Chocolate Layer

125g Sugar-Free Chocolate
30g Coconut Oil
30g Powdered Erythritol

How to Make No-Bake Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Peanut Butter Bars Base

  1. In a bowl add the Almond Flour, Erythritol, Melted Butter and combine to make a dough
  2. Add to a lined 20cm x 20cm / 8inch x 8inch Tin
  3. Press down to create a flat base and set aside (You can add it to the fridge to harden it up)

Peanut Butter Bars Layer

  1. In a bowl add Peanut Butter, Melted Butter, Erythritol, Salt and work into a peanut butter paste
  2. Now add this to the base layer and set it aside (You can add it to the fridge to harden it up)

Keto Peanut Butter Bars Chocolate Layer

  1. In a bowl add Sugar Free Chocolate, Coconut Oil, Powdered Erythritol and melt in the microwave
  2. Add the melted chocolate to the peanut butter layer
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting with a sharp knife (you can warm up the knife in hot water to make cutting easy)
