I love chocolate and I love cake combine them both and you have a perfect combination. This Keto Chocolate Lava Cake is divine and the liquid center is a perfect delight and pure joy each and every spoon full.
When cooking these you may be tempted to leave them in the oven for longer than the recommended 10 minutes. However, resits the urge if you want a gooey lava cake.
I have in the past I’ve overcooked them and while the cake is still very nice you don’t get a lava cake which is such a shame.
This recipe gives you a moist cake that is perfectly served alone or with a dollop of keto ice cream.
There are not many keto desserts that rival this one and some of my non-keto family think this is the best and I find it hard to argue the case against it. But I think that one that may run it close is our Best Ever Keto Chocolate Cake what do you think?
