Sticking to a keto lifestyle for me is helped with keto desserts and these Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of my treats when I want something sweet.
Cutting out all the sugar but getting that sweet hit is key for me. I love these keto cookies when the time hits with an ice-cold glass of milk.
There are not many ingredients like you may see with some other ingredients and all made in one bowl makes these super simple to make.

Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients
- 100g almond flour
- 1 medium egg
- 2 tbsp double cream / heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g dark chocolate
How to Make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
- In a bowl add the almond flour, Erythritol, egg, double cream, vanilla extract, butter and combine
- Add the dark chocolate and combine
- All the mix to sit for everything to absorb
- Divide the mix into 10 balls and add to a lined baking sheet
- Press the balls down to your desired thickness
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes
