I love to cook and the reason I share my cooking adventures here but sometimes I want something sweet and I want it quick. This 2 Minute Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie is perfect when you want that sweet chocolate hit without all the faffing.
sometimes I just want something sweet and grabbing a chocolate bar from one of the kids is very tempting. However, this recipe that can be made in the microwave is the perfect solution.
These are also great for when you want a keto dessert that is sweet after your lunch but you don’t want to crack out all the pans this is my go-to dessert.
Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie ingredients
- 100g Nut Butter
- 2 tbsp Powdered Erythritol
- Pinch of Salt
- Egg Yolk
- 30g Sugar-Free Chocolate
How to Make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie in Microwave
- In a bowl add nut butter, Powdered erythritol, salt, and egg yolk and combine
- Then add chocolate and combine
- Divide the mixture into two ramekins and flatten
- Microwave for 50 seconds
Cookies will be soft after they come out of the microwave and then get harder as they cool.
