110g Cooked Chicken
45g Broccoli
150g Bean Sprouts
1/4 Medium White Onion
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp Soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

How to Make Keto Chicken Egg Foo Young Recipe

  1. Add a little oil to a pan and heat
  2. Now add the white onion, Broccoli and fry till slightly softened around 3 minutes
  3. Once softened a little add the Bean Sprouts and fry for 2 minutes
  4. Add the cooked chicken
  5. Fry for another 2 to 4 minutes
  6. Set aside while you make the wet ingredients
  7. In a large bowl add Eggs, Soy sauce, pepper, salt, and mix till well combined
  8. Add the chicken mix to the wet ingredients and mix till everything is coated
  9. Now add a little oil to a pan and heat
  10. Add a spoon full of egg foo young to the pan
  11. Cook for 4 minutes before flipping and cooking the other side for 4 minutes
