When you ask most people who start or thinking of starting the keto way of life. Their first worry is always about missing out on bread. I must admit that this was my concern all them years ago I just wish I had this Keto Bread Rolls Recipe back then.
Pre-keto I would eat bread every day and when I started the keto lifestyle I really did miss it. Keto bread recipes were not available when I first started.
These are perfect dipped in soup and make great bread rolls for sandwiches for lunch.

Keto Bread Rolls Ingredients
- 50g ground psyllium husk powder
- 140g almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 240ml water
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
How to Make Keto Bread Rolls
- In a large bowl add almond flour, ground psyllium husk powder, baking powder, sea salt and combine
- Once well combined add the egg whites, cider vinegar, and whisk with a hand blender till well incorporated
- Now slowly start to add the boiling water whilst still whisking with the hand blender
- Whisk for around 30 seconds and then bring the bread mixture together with a spatula
- Tip the bread dough onto a clean work surface and divide it into six.
- Shape the dough into bread rolls and place onto a lined baking tray
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds you can wet the bread a little to help them to stick.
- Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes
