It has become a bit of a craze to make banana bread but unfortunately, most recipes will be packed full of sugar and as we know that’s no good for us following a keto lifestyle.

So I come up with a recipe so we didn’t have to miss out on this craze. My keto banana bread recipe went down a storm with my family. Not all my family members follow the keto lifestyle and I test my recipes on them and it is fair to say they loved this.
My keto banana bread recipe uses real bananas and this does put the carbs up a little. You can make this recipe without real bananas to lower the carb count. To still make it banana bread you can add banana flavoring and this will lower the carbs.
I personally find it fine with real bananas but if you can’t make it fit your macros then the flavoring is the way to go. While I love this as a keto dessert smothered in butter. You can have this as a snake any time of the day even breakfast works.
