Who doesn’t love breakfast in the morning? What better than Keto Bagels packed full of bacon and dashes of keto tomato sauce.

I have always loved bagels with my bacon in the morning and these have been the perfect solution sinch following the keto lifestyle.

Keto Bread has to be one of the most requested recipes I see within keto communities. With some having a list of ingredients as long as your arm these are different with only 5 ingredients.

Keto Bagels Recipe

Keto Bagels Ingredients

  • 200g mozzarella cheese
  • 28g cream cheese
  • 170g almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg

Keto Bagels Topping

  • 2 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 egg

How to Make Keto Bagels

  1. In a bowl add mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and microwave for 30 seconds
  2. Bring out of the microwave and mix
  3. Repeat this process until both the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese are well combined
  4. Once fully melted and well combined in a separate bowl add the almond flour and baking powder and combine
  5. Now add the dry ingredients to the melted cheese mix
  6. Add the egg and mix till everything is well combined
  7. Divide into 4 balls and shape into bagels
  8. On a lined baking sheet add your bagels and brush with a beaten egg
  9. Add your bagel toppings
  10. Bake at 220°C for 15 minutes
