If you are like me you more than likely feel there are very few keto main meal recipes online but you are overrun with keto dessert. Well, I have I great meal for you here with my Keto Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf With a side of Keto Gravy.

What is not to like about this recipe is beef and bacon. You can change it up a little by smothering the top in keto BBQ sauce or sprinkling little garlic granules in the mix.

Keto Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf With Keto Gravy Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 110g Chopped Onions
  • 200g sliced bacon
  • 650g Ground Beef
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 55g Cheese
  • 120ml Heavy Cream

How to Make Keto Gravy

  • Leftover Meat Juice
  • 300ml Heavy Cream

How to Cook Keto Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

  1. In a frying pan heat butter and fry chopped onions till soft and set aside
  2. Line your tin with bacon and set it aside
  3. In a bowl add the ground beef fried onions, salt, dried oregano, ground black pepper, Heavy Cream, and cheese, and mix till well combined
  4. Add the mixture to your lined pan and wrap bacon around the top
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C

How to Make Keto Gravy

  1. Add the leftover meat juice, Heavy cream, and combine then simmer for 10-15 minutes till thickened

MeatLoaf
